We stayed at Random Hall for a 30th birthday celebration which was brilliant. The staff are lovely and work so hard, couldn’t be more helpful or kinder. Denise, Richard and the lovely blonde girl (sorry I didn’t get her name!) were all so friendly and couldn’t have done more for us, they all went above and beyond. The rooms are lovely, spotless, and had proper tea, too. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would highly recommend a stay at Random Hall and would like to thank Denise, Richard and the team for all their hard work
We had a 30th birthday celebration here on the 11th January 2025 and most of our guests stayed overnight. This hotel is beautiful inside and out and all of the rooms are amazing, very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Huge heartfelt thank you to Richard, Lauren, and all the lovely staff who were there to help the celebrations go with a bang!! You are all amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Definitely recommend this beautiful place for any celebrations and we will definitely be coming back.
We stayed for one night due to visiting Kneep. We were very pleased on arrival despite being on a busy road the hotel was so tranquil. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated , rooms very clean. Bed and pillows so comfy. We were surprised to see they do there laundry on site, the bedding was crisp white. Food met our requirements and didn’t disappointment. Staff very professionally friendly. Flowers in garden pots , hanging baskets and a willow tree to sit under looking at the pond was also an added pleasure. If we are in the area again we will certainly return.
